Do you want to teach kids about Jesus & have fun while doing so? Then the Twos room is for you! Leaders have many roles, from reading bible stories, helping with craft time, & playing games. We ultimately are here to teach kids about Jesus & help them follow Him!

24-Hour Church is Central’s digital ministry platform that gives Central the opportunity to be available to anyone, anywhere in the world, 24/7. God has given us the privilege of praying with people, sharing hope & encouragement, introducing them to Christ & helping them follow Him. If you feel God leading you to join this team, here’s what to expect: You’ll use your gifts of compassion, grace, mercy & you’ll have opportunities to share the gospel, you’ll need a computer with a microphone, speakers, high-speed internet & 3 consecutive hours.

We create a place where kids can explore their relationship with Jesus! We encourage kids to live out what we’re teaching in their real lives. We build relationships with them to show that church is a place where they can come to learn & have fun, while encouraging them to live out what we’re teaching in their everyday lives.

We help our guests find the best seats to enjoy the experience, greeting them with a warm welcome to prepare their hearts for a message of hope. We also get to assist with various tasks in the Auditorium, including passing out invite packs, receiving tithes & offerings, & communion.

We are open & available to receive those that are ready to take their faith public through the act of baptism & help them take next steps to continue along their faith journey. We facilitate the baptism process in order to protect & celebrate this special moment for each person taking this step.

If you enjoy working with food & feeding people, then this team is for you! We get the honor of serving other ministries by cooking, prepping, decorating tables & serving food for all events at Central.

If you love being outside & all things sports/ games, then the Central Park Team is the place for you! Every weekend we get to set up the park for families to enjoy. We make sure everyone is enjoying the equipment, & also get to participate in the different activities.

There is not a more formative & influential time in a person’s life than their teen years. Serving in Central Youth is one of the most rewarding experiences you could ever have because we spend our time investing in & empowering the next generation. Whether it’s being a small group leader, serving at events like CY Nights, or connecting with new students, we’d love to have you be a part of our team.

Central Coffee Shop is all about introducing people to Jesus through delicious coffee & a warm welcome every time they walk through our doors. This team consists of creativity, community & laughter. No experience needed.

We are dedicated to helping everyone connect on a personal level to grow in their faith & support one another in their spiritual journey. Team roles include set-up, greeters, check-in, tech support, data entry, call team, group hosts, & group leaders. Training & Development available!

We are responsible for all of the things that go on behind the scenes that keep our church running smoothly. From room set-ups for events & keeping the building looking the very best, we keep all of the rooms cleaned including the auditorium & restrooms. If you love to clean & have attention to detail, we would love to have you on the team!

Each name in our database is a person who has decided to take a step in their spiritual journey. We get the opportunity to continuously update our database by adding information such as baptism & First Step, & keeping household details current.. By doing this, we are able to close the gap between people & Jesus.

We have the honor of meeting people who have made the most important decision: to accept Jesus as their Lord & Savior. We get to celebrate, pray with them, & help guide them to their best next step on their faith journey. We hear stories of how God has been working in their life & walk with them as they continue to grow in their faith.

Our role is to help facilitate the success of other ministries. On this team we maintain the building, which includes painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, & many other projects. Our schedule has opportunities for volunteering during the week & some weekends.

If you have attended First Step & loved how you were able to meet new people & get connected, we would love to have you join the team! Team roles include table hosts & leaders, set-up, check-in, greeters, room hosts who help guests as they arrive, clean-up, & data entry.

We are on a mission to help eradicate hunger in the Las Vegas Valley & beyond. You will have the chance to bring hope & love to those that are in need. We have multiple opportunities throughout the week to box food & place it in cars. We also have opportunities to deliver to our seniors in the community. We look forward to having you a part of this team!

We have many different areas to grow with the kids spiritually. Whether that’s leading a small group, running tech, leading game time, or being the smiling face they see at the door, there’s a place for you in Gear Zone. Our team is made up of so many unique & gifted leaders, & we would love to have you join us!

We are dedicated to helping people take their next steps in generosity! After each service, we are in the lobby with red aprons & iPads, ready to facilitate life change as people begin or continue to trust God with their finances. As we help people take steps in their generosity journey, we ask that those who serve on our team participate in giving in some way.

We create a safe & enjoyable environment for our youngest children, allowing parents to attend service & recharge. If you have a passion for children, particularly the little ones, & enjoy interacting with them or caring for babies, we invite you to join our team!

Often, people move into a new community & don’t know anyone, which can feel very isolating. As a church, we want to reach out to them & let them know the Central Family is here for them! Each month, you will receive a list of your new neighbors along with a pre-made “Welcome to the Neighborhood” gift box. You simply drop this box at their door.

We help both the kids & their parents feel comfortable about going to their environments. There are some technical aspects to this team, but it’s easy to learn. We get the kids checked in & ensure that their information is accurate for safety purposes. Seeing the kids’ smiling faces is the highlight of serving on this team!

Kids Cove is a safe and fun place for our kids with special needs. We offer a full-service program for kids 6 weeks through Grade 12. The program includes worship, teaching, and interactive activities. If you are looking for an opportunity to serve kids and families, all while showing them the love of Jesus, then Kids Cove is for you!

Central merch is a great way for people to be out in the community & spark a conversation with someone about what they are wearing to share the message of Jesus. You can expect to use your creativity & skills to help promote the message of Jesus as well as selling fun Central merch!

We have the opportunity to introduce new guests to Central with a warm greeting that makes them feel as if they’ve always belonged. We answer questions, gather information, show them around, & help them to take a next step to get more connected & involved in hopes that Central will become a place they call HOME.

If you enjoy interacting with people, & knowing in advance about all of the amazing things happening around Central, we would love to have you join our team! Whether it’s helping guests get signed up for an event or walking them to where they need to go, we help them get connected & progress along in their journey with God.

If you love seeing the workings of God’s love & transformation, we would love to have you join the Photography team! Through our lenses we capture moments & create memories for others to experience. With one push of a button we create snapshots of worship, events, families, & community all throughout Central of people learning more about Jesus & his incredible love for others. (own equipment is required)  

As a leader in our room, you will have the opportunity to lead kids to Jesus through small groups, game time, generosity, crafts, & worship. This age group is so special as they begin to truly understand the Bible & how they can apply it to their lives. Be a part of the life change in the kids of our church by serving with us!

We get to plant seeds of faith by introducing kids to worship, generosity, & bible stories all while having fun. We get the opportunity to not only love these kids by providing a safe & fun environment, but we also get to give them ways to apply their faith in their own lives at home!

At Central, we believe in creating a worry-free environment for our guests. Join our Safety & Security Team to ensure that every guest feels safe & comfortable during their time with us. You’ll serve as the eyes & ears of the church, providing assistance to new families & helping maintain a distraction-free environment for everyone.

We are responsible for planning, setting up, decorating, & tearing down events. During the events, we welcome guests, manage lines, & resolve any issues that may occur. Our team loves making Central events fun & friendly for everyone. We want people to feel valued, comfortable, & taken care of while they’re here.

Come play a vital role in creating a safe & welcoming environment for every person who drives on property. Our main focus is ensuring our parking lots & guests’ vehicles are secure. We also assist in efficiently guiding people as they enter & exit our property, striving to make their experience smooth & stress-free.

Do you have a heart for prayer & people? Then the Weekend Prayer Team is for you. before & after each experience in the Lobby & are available for prayer & helping people take next steps.

We have the privilege of being someone’s first impression when coming to church. We offer a warm, uplifting welcome to help prepare their hearts to hear a message of hope during the experience. We also provide a sincere goodbye by wishing our guests a blessed week & invite them to join us again next week.
