Ignite Youth Camp

6th - Graduating Senior (2026/27 School Year)

June 11th - June 15th, 2026

The best week of the summer is here! Ignite is a powerful 5 day camp experience for middle school and high school students. This will be a great opportunity for your student to build meaningful friendships, compete in fun games and activities, all the while taking next steps in his/her faith journey.

Don’t miss the chance to step away, recharge, and experience all that God has for you this summer!

When is Kids Camp?

Tuesday June 2nd- Thursday June 4th. (4th and 5th Graders have an additional day on Friday June 5th).

What time is Kids Camp?

9 AM till 4 PM

Before and After Camp Care:

We also offer Before and After Camp Care for $5 per child per day. This covers 7:30-8:25 AM and 4:25-5:30 PM.

Where is Kids Camp held?

Central Church, Henderson.

What is the Drop Off/ Pick up procedure?

We will send details closer to camp.

What is the cost?

Camp is just $100 for 3 full days. This includes lunch, a snack and a free tshirt. Deposit to secure your child’s registration is just $25.

What is the final payment date?

The final amount for kids camp will be withdrawn from your account on May 15th, 2026 (if not already completed). If final payment is not completed by this date, your child’s spot my be offered to a child on the waitlist.

What food will be available at Kids Camp?

We will provide lunch and a snack for your child. We are a nut-free environment. The menu will be emailed out closer to the camp date. If your child has particular dietary requirements, you will be able to send them with their own nut-free lunch and snack. Additional food items will be available for purchase from our ‘Snack-Shack’ (details about this will be provided during the Parent Information meeting on May 2nd).

What are some safety protocols during Kids Camp?

All of our leaders and volunteers have been Background Checked and completed their Camp Sexual Abuse and Awareness Training through Ministry Safe. We will have a security team on site during Kids Camp. Kids will spend the entirety of Kids Camp with their small group team and Leader. Kids are never alone and we have a ‘Kids Only’ restroom that is gender specific and has security monitoring them. The Church building is ‘locked down’ to the public during Kids Camp. You will be able to contact a Kids Camp representative at all times during camp.

What should my child wear?

Closer to camp you will be told what the THEME DAYS are for Kids Camp. Usually we have one day of COLOR THEME, where kids are encouraged to wear clothes in the color of their assigned team. Another day kids are encouraged to wear their Kids Camp shirt, and the other day is a theme day which matches the overall theme of camp. Kids are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing with closed in shoes for running around (no clogs or flip-flops). Please ensure all clothing does not have explicit or inappropriate slogans and does not reveal any private body parts usually covered by swimsuits. Please send a labelled sweatshirt with your child as some of the air-conditioned rooms can get quite chilly.

Small Group Structure:

Your child will be placed in a small-group of 8-10 children in the same grade. These may be mixed genders.

How can I make payments/ edits to my child’s registration?

Please note, if using a cell phone, please turn your phone horizontally so you can access all the tabs including the ‘manage my account’ and ‘personal information’ tabs to make payments.

When is the Parent meeting that will give me all the information I need and when I’ll find out who my child’s small group leader is etc?

Saturday May 2nd. This will be a live online zoom meeting. Shortly after this meeting, you will be contacted by a leader about the camp who will provide you with all the details. You will be placed in a group text message thread with the other parents, and this is the main form of correspondence you will have leading up to and during camp. Photos, updates and schedules etc will be posted in this group thread.

Financial Assistance.

At this time, we currently do not have any financial assistance available. Priority will be given to parents who are actively making contributions on their payment plan.
