The disciple Peter swore that he would follow Jesus even to the death. But when the time came, Peter denied knowing Him. Later, when the risen Jesus restores Peter, He does not ask for a one-time, heroic act… but asks Peter to meet the daily needs of people. The greatest love is often found in keeping the smallest promises.
What can give you a greater life? Do you need to cut loose and enjoy yourself more? Or is it time to clean up those bad habits? According to Jesus, the answer is His grace. As you follow Him, you move from ‘stumbling in the dark’ to walking with ‘the light that leads to life.’ Jesus leads the way to a greater life.
